Setting up Payink
This section is designed to support new customers to set up their Payink account.

How do I log in to Payink?

Once your Payink account is enabled you will receive an email from [email protected] with logging in instructions. Please save [email protected] to your safe sender list. To log in directly please click here.

How do I log in as Client Admin?

To log in directly please click here. You will be required to select Admin in the bottom right.

How do I reset my Payink password?

Please go to the Payink app here and select Forgot Password and follow the instructions.

What should I communicate to my clients before using Payink?

We recommend that you communicate / over-communicate to your clients at the outset that you will be using Payink. Best results are when you call them beforehand and explain to them that invoices will come via new system and your preferred method is to be paid via that system.
If you prefer to send an email to your clients in addition to / instead of calling them, draft proposed note below:
Dear [FirstName],
Many thanks for continuing to work with [FirmName]. We wanted to let you know that we are implementing a new invoicing and payment acceptance process. Going forward you will receive an email with the invoice and an embedded payment link. To pay, please click on this link. The payment will be processed by Payink in partnership with TrueLayer.
Please do let us know if you have any questions or feedback as we are keen to make invoice payment as simple as possible for you.
